Upgrades we deliver

Mechanically, we refurbish and upgrade all key sections of the line, including the down ender, coil car, uncoiler, straightener, shear, servo feed, servo take-away, and stacker. We replace or rebuild drives, servo systems, rollers, and cleaning units, and adapt mechanical structures for seamless integration with the new controls. These improvements deliver smoother operation, less downtime, and greater accuracy in every cycle.
Our scope covers both electrical and mechanical renewal. We design and install new control systems using ie Siemens PLCs and Lenze motion control technology, complete with custom-built control cabinets, advanced synchronisation systems, and intuitive touchscreen interfaces. All engineering is done in-house with E-plan, ensuring full CE and safety compliance.
The upgrade process includes engineering, software development, cabinet construction, wiring, installation, and commissioning, a turnkey solution from start to finish. The line benefits from a modern control architecture with remote VPN connectivity and multilingual operation.
Another major advantage of refurbishing an existing line is that operators already know their machine inside out. They can continue working in a familiar environment while benefiting from all the modern upgrades. Throughout the project, their feedback and wishes are incorporated into the design, ensuring that the improved line truly fits their daily workflow and needs.
To ensure complete safety and compliance, every refurbished line is fitted with new protective systems such as heavy-duty fences, sliding doors, light curtains, and coded safety switches, all in accordance with CE standards.
