Special Industrial 3D Printing Parts
With the addition of our 3D printer, the possibilities and flexibility we can offer have significantly expanded. You can now rely on us for industrial 3D printing. Using advanced 3D printing techniques, we are capable of producing complex shapes, such as prototypes for testing or mechanical parts with intricate designs.
Endless Printing Opportunities
The number of materials our FDM printer can handle is constantly growing, offering more options for printing parts for mechanical engineering. Currently, we can process more than ten materials, with the ability to print two materials and two colors simultaneously in a single product. The primary materials we print with include PLA, ABS, and PETG (also food-safe). PETG is especially suitable for mechanical parts and components in the packaging, food, and tin industries. With a minimum layer height of 0.05mm and a print range of 330x310x305mm, the possibilities are truly endless.
Our 3D printer can industrially print the following materials:
- PLA
- ABS
- PETG
- FLEX
- HIPS
- PVA
- PA (Nylon)
- PC, PP, Metal-, Carbon-, and Wood-filled materials
Benefits of Industrial 3D Printing
- Rapid prototyping: 3D printing allows for quick creation of prototypes for new products or parts.
- Cost reduction: 3D printing helps lower the cost of manufacturing complex components.
- Increased flexibility: 3D printing enables the creation of parts that are difficult or impossible to produce with traditional methods.
