As part of a full refurbishment, Veldkamp restores essential modules such as the feeder, coater and stacker to as-new mechanical and operational condition.
All systems are inspected, reconditioned, and upgraded with modern controls and drives where necessary.

With the integration of our Electronic Deceleration System (EDS) and Electronic Acceleration System (EAS), your line achieves smoother sheet transport, higher stability, and increased production efficiency, ensuring precise, damage-free handling throughout the process.

In-factory oven displacement

One of Veldkamp’s unique specialties is the in-factory relocation of complete tunnel ovens, without dismantling panels or burners.
When production layouts need to change, for example to install a new coating or printing unit, we can move the entire oven as one piece, minimizing downtime and avoiding costly asbestos-related work.

This solution allows for fast, safe repositioning of your oven, ensuring your line is adapted to new production demands with minimal interruption and maximum efficiency.

Certified Burner Control: Conversion to MultiBloc burner systems, compliant with NEN-EN 676 and CE standards, resulting in improved combustion efficiency and reduced gas consumption.
