Depending on machine condition and your production goals, we offer three transparent refurbishment paths.
Option 1, Condition Based Check & Repair
Maintenance based on the actual state of your machine. Inspections and measurements determine exactly when action is needed. This minimises downtime, extends component life, and prevents avoidable failures.
Option 2, Refurbishment
After inspection with dismantling in consultation your end of life machine will be given a new life which prevents failures and ensures continuous machine availability.
A refurbishment typically saves up 50% of investment in new equipment, can be custom build to your requirements and up to 80% CO2 emissions, a smart choice technically, sustainably and for your wallet. Low Total Cost of Ownership (TCO) to gain advantage.
Option 3, Total Rebuild
A full mechanical and electrical overhaul, including control system upgrades,
safety integration, and modernization to as-new performance. The upgrade
can also include an expansion from 6 to 8 colors and the integration of Curing
On Mandrel (COM) technology, further enhancing print quality and machine
precision.
A total rebuild delivers new machine performance with considerably lower investment and up to 80 percent CO₂ savings compared to buying new equipment.
